Summer is the time when the sun is shining, we are out, meeting friends and loved ones and actually sweating…. So what about a summer smoothie? Cooling and great for to go.

In the ayurvedic nutrition, they say, mint is cooling. You probably saw already water with mint leaves or mint ice cubes?

Well not only the ice cube is cooling, more the mint in it does the trick. It would be actually a better choice to use only the mint, as ice cubes extinguishes your Agni (digestive fire).

So let’s do a little in between for you, cool drink with cooling effects and so delicious! You can have it for breakfast, on the go for in between or as a snack.

Ingredients:

⁃ 1 small avocado

⁃ 1 small handful of mint leaves

⁃ 1 cup of raspberries

⁃ 1/2 lemon

Blend everything and enjoy ☀️
